Delivery details and charges
Please take care when entering your details online, it is the buyers obligation to enter correct details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry mistake and to resend to the correct address later. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tomorrow Trading Co if an order doesn't arrive, we will not dispatch a replacement immediately. Replacement items will be sent at our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost after delivery has taken place.
* We use Australia Post and your purchase will arrive within 1 to 10 working days from the time you make your purchase.
Product availability
If for some reason the product cannot be dispatched within the 1 to 10 day timeframe we will contact you and get the order to you as soon as possible.
Returns, exchanges and faulty goods
If you wish to return your purchase, you need to contact us in the first instance, we will then advise you on the procedure. Any product received without authorisation will not be processed.
Please ensure the following when returning:
1. Unused, in original condition, unopened.
2. Undamaged.
3. Returned within 7 days of delivery.
4. You have authorisation from Tomorrow to return the product.
* We will not refund the initial postage and handling fee.
Damaged goods or faulty on delivery
You must return damaged goods within 7 days of receiving.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods we will refund the postage and handling fee and exchange the product. Any products found not to be faulty or damaged will incur postal charges. If you request a replacement we will despatch your replacement once we receive the faulty item.
Privacy, security and spam
We keep your personal information secure and will never sell your details on to other organisations. Should you choose to subscribe to Tomorrow you can unsubscribe at anytime.
Terms and conditions
All products remain the property of Tomorrow Trading Company until they have been paid in full by you. Delivery will be made when payment is made in full. Tomorrow has no liabilty to you, except we shall provide you with a refund or exchange if there are any faulty products.
